Week 11

Note: The charts show my comfort level for starting each player at that position.  If you see a “+” sign next to a player, that means I can see them playing better than the level I have them listed at.  I tend to rank players at their floors, so no minus signs will be necessary.  Read through the comments for each game to get the detail behind the charts.  Good luck!

Defense

Nope
Toss Up Hockenson, Amendola

Comments:

All Dallas in this one as Detroit is likely without Matthew Stafford.

Starting Dak, Zeke, Amari and Michael Gallup for sure.

Jason Witten is a low end TE1 streaming option in PPR.

Randall Cobb has some upside as your WR3/Flex.

Perhaps Tony Pollard picks up some more work in the 2nd half.

With Jeff Driskel, we have a low end QB2 option in Superflex.

We still are starting Kenny Golladay, but he’s just a WR3 now.

Marvin Jones will be a boom/bust WR3/Flex option.

JD McKissic has some RB2/Flex value in PPR leagues with Ty Johnson likely out.

Keelan Cole Toss Up Rogers, Hilton?

Comments:

Nick Foles is back and should be starting as your QB2 in Superflex.

Leonard Fournette remains a fringe RB1.

DJ Chark might actually get a boost with Foles, locked in as your WR2 with upside.

Dede Westbrook has been practicing in full all week and can be your WR3+ in PPR.

Chris Conley is an intriguing flex option but might be a bit risky to start right away.  We saw Keelan Cole play well before the BYE week, so maybe just monitor this situation.

The Colts are a very sound defense and could stifle the Jaguars, but I’m willing to bet on Nick Foles adding some juice to this offense.

Jacoby Brissett is back and ready to roll, can be your QB2 in Superflex.

Marlon Mack will be your steady RB2, could see more volume with Jordan Wilkins likely out with an ankle injury.

No TY Hilton yet, so we’ll think about Zach Pascal as a boom/bust WR3/Flex option.

I’m more inclined to start Jack Doyle and Eric Ebron as my TE1 streamer.

Nyheim Hines as some PPR Flex value with Wilkins out.

Both teams are fighting for their playoff lives so expect a hard fought contest.

Comments:

Josh Allen has top 5 QB upside this week.

Devin Singletary is taking over this backfield and is now a RB2 with upside.

John Brown remains a WR3 with upside.

Cole Beasley can be your PPR WR3/Flex if needed.

Probably can’t trust Frank Gore anymore in our lineups.

Ryan Fitzpatrick has QB2 value in Superflex.

Kalen Ballage is gross but has low end RB2/Flex value based on volume alone.

DeVante Parker is a steady WR3 w/ upside.

Comments:

Brandon Allen is a low end QB2 in Superflex.

Phillip Lindsay remains an RB2 with Royce Freeman being more of a flex option.

Courtland Sutton should remain as your WR3 with upside.

Noah Fant might have TE1 streaming value.

The Vikings offense has been clicking but is presented with a tough challenge from this Broncos defense.

Kirk Cousins has QB2 value in Superflex leagues.

Dalvin Cook remains an RB1.

Stefon Diggs may draw coverage from Chris Harris so limit expectations as your WR2.

Adam Thielen will likely be out, so perhaps Kyle Rudolph is a TE1 option.

No other Viking should be considered or trusted, but Cousins may have to rely on Bisi Johnson and Laquon Treadwell in this one.

Latavius Murray Toss Up

Comments:

Drew Brees is your QB1 this week.  Expect this offense to get back on track.

Alvin Kamara is your RB1.  Tampa Run D is fantastic, so he’ll likely get his numbers in the passing game instead.

Michael Thomas remains the WR1 overall.

Jared Cook is your TE1 and has a good rest of season outlook.

I’m worried that Latavius Murray will be a non factor against this defense.

Perhaps Tre’Quan Smith and Ted Ginn make some plays, but not excited to start either.

Jameis Winston remains a QB1 option.

Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are both WR1s and will benefit from the absence of Marshon Lattimore.

Ronald Jones is gaining steam and can be your RB2.

OJ Howard will look to stack success and can be your TE1 option.

This one feels like a fantasy bonanza, so enjoy.

Comments:

Sam Darnold can be your QB2 with upside in Superflex.

Le’Veon Bell remains an RB1. Monitor his injury status.

Jamison Crowder feels like a safe WR3 in PPR leagues.

Demaryius Thomas also feels safe as a low end WR3/Flex option.

Robby Anderson remains a boom/bust Flex option.  Not sure I trust him even in this plus matchup.

Dwayne Haskins can be a low end QB2 in Superflex.

Perhaps we see more focus on getting Terry McLaurin the ball, WR3 with upside.

Derrius Guice and Adrian Peterson are expected to split the load, making both guys low end RB2/Flex options at best.

Ideally, you do not have anyone playing in this game.

Comments:

Matt Ryan is your QB1, and Julio Jones remains your WR1.

Brian Hill gets elevated to RB2 status with Devonta Freeman sidelined now.

Calvin Ridley gets a bump as your WR3 with upside as Austin Hooper is out for a while.

Perhaps we see Russell Gage become more involved, open to him as a WR3/Flex.

Kyle Allen is your QB2 in Superflex.

Christian McCaffrey is your Boss RB1.

DJ Moore is playing well and can be your WR2 with upside.

Curtis Samuel is also playing well and can be your WR3.

Greg Olsen remains a TE1.

The Falcons will look to establish the run on this bad run defense, but will have a tough time themselves stopping Christian McCaffrey.  Expecting a fantasy bonanza here.

Comments:

Game of the Week

Starting Deshaun Watson and DeAndre Hopkins of course.

Carlos Hyde has low end RB2 value with his volume.

Darren Fells can be your TE1.

Duke Johnson should be starting as your RB2/Flex in PPR leagues.

Will Fuller has been logging limited practices, so his return is near.  Not sure I’d want to start him this week though.  Maybe Kenny Stills has low end WR3/Flex value.

Lamar Jackson is your Boss QB1.

Mark Ingram is your RB2.

Marquise Brown missed practice on Thursday, so monitor his status leading up to the game.  If he plays, he can be your WR3 with upside.

Mark Andrews is your TE1.

Not sure we can trust any other Raven on offense.

Enjoy the show!

WR3 Deebo Samuel

Flex Raheem Mostert

Defense

Start
Andy Isabella, KeeSean Toss Up Kittle, Sanders, Breida

Comments:

Kyler Murray remains a QB1 option, even against a tough SF defense.

He’ll continue to rely on Christian Kirk and Larry Fitzgerald, both WR3s.

David Johnson is not on the injury report but looked awful last weekend. I wouldn’t blame you for wanting to bench him and wait and see how he plays before trusting him.

Kenyan Drake will be your RB2/Flex option in PPR leagues.

Hoping to see more from Andy Isabella and KeeSean Johnson, but not sure I’m willing to whip out either of the rookies just yet.

Jimmy Garoppolo is just a QB2 in Superflex this week.

He’ll likely be without his top weapons in George Kittle and Emmanuel Sanders.

This makes Deebo Samuel a must start WR3 with upside.

Perhaps we see some boom plays out of Dante Pettis, Marquise Goodwin or Kendrick Bourne, but I’m not excited to spot start any of these guys.

Tevin Coleman is your RB2 with upside.

We are expecting Matt Breida to be out for a little while with an ankle injury.

This makes Raheem Mostert a potential low end RB2/Flex option.

The 49ers offense may struggle without Kittle and Sanders, so I’m open to the Cardinals being pesky here.

Comments:

Ryan Finley has QB2 value in Superflex leagues. Not exciting but worth a shot.

Joe Mixon is your RB2 with upside.

Tyler Boyd is just a WR3, and Auden Tate remains a WR3/Flex option.

Tyler Eifert has some TE1 streaming value this week.

Expect the Raiders offense to play well and force the Bengals to play catch up.

Derek Carr is a QB2 with upside.

Josh Jacobs is an RB1.

Tyrell Williams and Hunter Renfrow can be your WR3/Flexes.

Darren Waller remains a TE1.

I’m open to Jalen Richard as a potential RB2/Flex option in PPR leagues.

Maybe start the Raiders defense here if you need the help.

Michel, Dorsett

Flex Miles Sanders
Start

Defense

Nope
Rex Burkhead Toss Up Nelson Agholor

Comments:

Tom Brady is your QB1 against this shaky secondary.

James White is a PPR RB2 with upside.

Julian Edelman is a WR1 and Mohamed Sanu is your WR3 with upside, especially in PPR.

I’m nervous about Sony Michel being taken out of this one because of the game script.  Perhaps we see a lot of White and a little more Rex Burkhead, who’s healthy now.

Phillip Dorsett has boom/bust WR3 value.

I’m open to Ben Watson this week as your TE1 streamer.

The Eagles will be forced to play keep up here. Wentz remains a QB2 in Superflex.

We are expecting Alshon Jeffery to miss this game.

This makes Zach Ertz a top TE option and even Dallas Goedert has TE1 value.

Jordan Howard is also limited with a shoulder injury and could be out.  Monitor his status leading up to the game. Jay Ajayi might be signed.

This uncertainty makes me confident in Miles Sanders as your RB2/Flex.

The Eagles are banged up offensively so we should see lots of 2TE sets throughout this game.  Bank on that, along with Miles Sanders being used as a pass catcher.

Sunday Night Game:

Bears

@

Rams

QB1
Mitchell Trubisky QB2

Todd Gurley

Allen Robinson

WR3 Robert Woods +

Gerald Everett

Tarik Cohen

Start

Defense

Start
Miller Toss Up Josh Reynolds

Comments:

Mitchell Trubisky is a low end QB2 in Superflex at best.

David Montgomery missed Thursday practice with an ankle injury.  Monitor his Friday participation and double check his status through the weekend.  He’s likely a gametime decision so make sure you have a hedge in place. RB2/Flex if he plays.

Allen Robinson might be blanketed by Jalen Ramsey, so he’s a WR3 at best but I would lean towards leaving him on the bench.

Tarik Cohen has RB2/Flex value in PPR leagues.  He might be the most effective Bear this weekend.

Perhaps Anthony Miller or Taylor Gabriel get more involved but I’m not willing to risk it.

Rams offense is at a crossroads.

Jared Goff is just a QB2 in Superflex.

Todd Gurley is a low end RB2 option against this stout Bears run D.

Cooper Kupp laid the goose egg last week but remains a WR1 option in PPR.

Robert Woods continues to get a boost to WR2 with Cooks out.

Gerald Everett can be your TE1.

Probably worth a shot at starting the Rams D.

Both teams really need this game to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Monday Night Game:

Chiefs

@

Chargers

Patrick Mahomes

QB1
QB2

Philip Rivers

RB1 Melvin Gordon

Tyreek Hill

WR1 Keenan Allen

WR2

Sammy Watkins +

WR3 Mike Williams
Travis Kelce

TE1

Hunter Henry

Mecole Hardman

Flex
Probably Not

Defense

Nope
McCoy, Robinson Toss Up

Comments:

We’re starting Mahomes, Tyreek and Kelce no doubt.

Damien Williams seems to be safe as your RB2.  Monitor the McCoy situation.

Sammy Watkins has WR3 with upside value.  I get the feeling he’ll have another boom day at some point this season, don’t want to miss that.

Mecole Hardman is an intriguing boom/bust WR3/Flex option.

Pay close attention the the McCoy situation.  If inactive again, Damien is a RB2 lock.  If McCoy is in, I’d lower expectations for Damien.  Both guys have fumbled recently so I’m open to Andy Reid being experimental with this group going forward.  Darrel Williams remains a bench stash.

Philip Rivers is in decline but can be your QB2 in Superflex.

We’re starting both Melvin Gordon and Austin Ekeler.

Keenan Allen is trending in the right direction as your WR1/2.

Mike Williams blew up last year in primetime against the Chiefs, so try to get him in your lineups as your WR3/Flex.

Hunter Henry remains a top 5 TE option.

Expect a lot of points in this fun divisional showdown.

Thanks for reading,

Good Luck!!
